Do you offer custom desserts for restaurants?
Yes. We develop plated desserts and pastry programs tailored to your menu, service style, and volume. Tell us your concept, dietary requirements, and preferred formats, and we’ll propose options with tasting notes and lead times.
Can I pre-order for pickup at the boutique?
Absolutely. For whole tarts, larger pastry boxes, or special weekends, we recommend ordering ahead. Use the inquiry form below and include your preferred pickup date and time.
Do you have allergen-friendly options?
Some items can be made without common allergens, depending on the recipe. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts, so we can’t guarantee a fully allergen-free environment—please share your needs and we’ll advise.
What are typical lead times for catering?
For recurring restaurant supply, we’ll set a production schedule together. For one-off events, we recommend reaching out at least 7–14 days in advance (longer for custom development or large volumes).
